Return

You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason. If you use your right of return, it is required to return the product with all accessories and in its original condition and packaging to Favolt.

returning can be done quickly and easily in the following 3 steps:

  1. Send within 30 days after receipt of your order an email to ask@favolt.support in which you indicate that you want to return one or more products.
  1. Register your return with the link you received from customer service and stick the shipping label to the package.
  1. Deliver your parcel to the carrier of your choice. After we have received your return shipment in our warehouse, we will process your return shipment within 10 working days. Our support will keep you informed by e-mail.
